Michael is a play-by-play and color broadcaster for soccer, baseball, basketball, hockey, and wrestling. He has called 15 NCAA Tournament matches in his career.

He is an experienced sports writer and currently serves as the sports editor for the Mineral Daily News-Tribune, a daily newspaper based in Keyser, W.Va.
